We understand that the transition to memory care can be an emotional and sometimes overwhelming time for families. To help make this process as smooth and supportive as possible, we offer a dedicated transition support service.
On admission day, families will be introduced to Vicky, BSW, who provides personalized one-on-one guidance during this important transition. Vicky is available to listen, answer questions, and offer professional insight as families adjust to their loved one’s new environment.
As a community-focused organization, we believe that supporting families is just as important as supporting our residents and staff. Our goal is to ensure that everyone involved feels informed, supported, and confident throughout the transition into memory care.
